The island of Rhodes is easily accessed from anywhere in the world due to the high frequency of flights offered from Athens. There are also a number of charter flights that fly directly to Rhodes from many airports in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The frequency of flights is dependent on the time of year and the airline carrier; however, a regular flight schedule is in operation year-round from Athens and Thessaloniki. Aegean Airlines now provides year-round service from London’s Heathrow Airport and EasyJet offers a scheduled service from London’s Gatwick Airport between April and October. Rhodes is also very well connected by local airlines with many of the other Greek islands including Crete, Mykonos, Santorini, Kos, Corfu and Kastellorizos. If you plan to arrive in Rhodes by plane, here are some easy driving directions on how to reach the Lindos Blue Sky Studios and Apartments from the airport. When you leave the airport, turn left following signs for the direction to Rhodes Town. Go straight and then turn right at the first set of traffic lights. Follow the four-lane, divided motorway and after about 15 minutes of driving, you will be at the junction that leads to the Rhodes to Lindos Highway. Turn right at this junction and drive straight for approximately 40 kilometres until you reach Lindos. As you drive, you will pass by Faliraki, Afandou, Kolymbia, Archangelos and Kalathos. When you reach the square at the top of the village of Lindos (you will see the Acropolis of Lindos on your left-hand side), turn right after the supermarket, go up a small road and follow the road straight for approximately one minute. Just past the Supermarket Krana you will see the Lindos Blue Sky Studios and Apartments on your left-hand side.
If you plan to arrive in Rhodes by ferry, here are some easy driving directions on how to reach the Lindos Blue Sky Studios and Apartments from the port of Rhodes Town. When you leave the port, turn right and after 300 metres, take your first left at the traffic lights. Drive along the Medieval Walls and then turn left at Diagoras Football Stadium. Go straight until you reach the third set of traffic lights; here you will make a right turn. Go straight and at the second junction turn left and drive along Lindou Street, which will take you to the Rhodes to Lindos Highway. After driving approximately 45 kilometres, you will reach Lindos. As you drive, you will pass by Faliraki, Afandou, Kolymbia, Archangelos and Kalathos. When you reach the square at the top of the village of Lindos (you will see the Acropolis of Lindos on your left-hand side), turn right after the supermarket, go up a small road and follow the road straight for approximately one minute. Just past the Supermarket Krana you will see the Lindos Blue Sky Studios and Apartments on your left-hand side.
